Above the fireplace?
It works on most fireplaces. We check two things first: how hot the wall gets when the fire's running, and whether the screen would sit too high to watch comfortably. If it's not a good spot, we'll tell you and suggest a better one.
How high should the TV go?
Lower than most people think. The center of the screen should sit close to eye level from your couch, which is usually about 42 inches off the floor in a living room. In bedrooms it goes a little higher. We tape the outline on the wall so you can sit down and see it before anything gets drilled.
